Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original documentation and certifications.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your package, ensuring that no jewelry-related terminology is visible on the exterior for security purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
